By submitting this booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:
Mode of Session
- All sessions are conducted strictly via text message on WhatsApp.
- No voice calls or video calls will be entertained under any circumstances.
Multiple Pets in One Session
- If two or three pets are selected, the session remains at 30 minutes.
- Extensions are permitted at a rate of SGD 25 per 10-minute block, up to a maximum of 30 minutes.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other fur clients. We understand that sometimes, unexpected changes can occur. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the session, and early notice will not incur reschedule charges.
- Rescheduling can be done via the appointment confirmation email, subject to availability. If you face any trouble doing so, do reach out to me.
- No refunds will be provided for any reschedules.
- Reschedules requested within 24 hours from your session will be subjected to a SGD$30 fee.

Payment Terms
- Payment in full must be made to confirm your slot. System will purge unpaid sessions every day at 2359h and release the slots.
- All prices stated are subject to credit card processing fees whenever applicable.
