Once this form is submitted, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances. Please check all details carefully before submitting.

By submitting this booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

Mode of Session

• All sessions are conducted strictly via text message on WhatsApp.
• No voice calls or video calls will be entertained under any circumstances.

Multiple Pets in One Session

• If two or three pets are selected, the session remains at 30 minutes.
• Extensions are permitted at a rate of SGD 25 per 10-minute block, up to a maximum of 30 minutes.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the session.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a fee of SGD 30.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

• Payment in full must be made to confirm your slot. System will purge unpaid sessions every day at 2359h and release the slots.
• All prices stated are subject to credit card processing fees whenever applicable.
