Clients are responsible for ensuring all birth details submitted are accurate. Analysis begins immediately after submission. If errors are reported after submission, re-analysis fees apply
Within 24 hours: 50%,
Within 36 hours: 80%,
After report delivery: 100% of report price.
No amendments are allowed after report delivery.

2. Nature of Service
The report is a metaphysical Zi Wei Dou Shu analysis provided for guidance reflection and personal insight only. It does not replace medical legal or financial advice.

3. Report Delivery
Delivery timelines will be communicated upon purchase. Reasonable delays may occur during peak periods. No refunds will be issued once analysis has started.
