Multiple Pets in One Session If two or three pets are selected, the session remains at 30 minutes. Extensions are permitted at a rate of SGD 25 per 10-minute block, up to a maximum of 30 minutes. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a fee of SGD 30.
